Juried Fine Art Show & Sale

ELIGIBILITY Adult division is OPEN to ALL artists age 18 and older, professional, amateur, or
beginner and must be a resident of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding suburbs.
Youth division for ages 10 thru 17 and must be a resident of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding suburbs.
REQUIREMENTS .This is limited to a total of four (4) entries per artist. FOR MEMBERS ONLY - Three entries for $25 or you may choose to enter four for $30. NON-MEMBERS are
$30 for three or $40 for four entries. Youth are$7 each. Beginners may enter one ONLY for $15
..Artist MUST hand deliver artwork at either of the registration times and pick up artwork at the close of the show. Arrangements will need to be made with one of the show chairpersons.
.Artwork MUST have been completed within the last two years and be totally dry.
.ONLY TWO-DIMENSIONAL artwork will be accepted and MUST be framed and ready to hang
with a WIRE HANGER. NO saw tooth hangers will be accepted.
.Gallery-wrapped canvas (stapled onhte back and painted on all sides will be acceptable.
.Watercolor and other fragile media must be under Plexiglass only (NO GLASS, except for pastels).
.Framed length or width cannot exceed 40"
.No shadow Boxes, Cross Stitch, Needlepoint, Touched Up Copies, Arts & Crafts, etc No 3 dimensional artwork accepted.
.Artist may choose any subject except pne which would be offensive in the estimation of the show chairs, i.e.; no nudes,cult, nothing promoting alcohol, smoking etc. Show chairperson(s) has
the authority to decling unacceptable works.
.Awards are at the discretion of the juror.
Artwork must be displayed for the duration of the show.
