Potato Salad

 Quick
4 large potatoes, diced and cooked
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cooked chcken leg, thigh and breast, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup sweet pickles (dill)
1 7-oz jar pimentos, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup onions, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups mayonaisee

1. Mix all ingredients well
2. Refrigerate and serve cold

Kickin Chicken Wings

Directions
Marinated chicken wings in juice from 3 limes, honey, salt  & pepper
for 30 min. Preheat the natural gas grill to medium-high. Place chicken
wings on grill and cook until crispy and golden brown. Remove the
wings and place in a bowl. Squeeze the juice from the remaining
lime on the wings and coat with hot sauce. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
1 lb of chicken wings  - 4 limes
 2 tbsp of honey  -  1 tsp each of salt and pepper
5-6 tsp of hot sauce

1.Place celery sticks vertically in
   a puddlee of peanut butter in jar
   secure lid.
2. Combine sparkling water and
     juice in water bottles for
     healthy spritzers in place
     of soda pop.
3. Make pizza roll ups with
    tortillas, cheese sticks and salami.
