Take back your weekend - and chill for a change -
Listening to Tara and Mark of Charlottesville, Va, rattle off the items on their weekend schedule is enough to make you want to curl up and take a nap. Consider a recent to-do list one school talent show, one soccer game, two lacrosse ganes (Mark's a coach), a sleepover birthday party, a school fund-raiser, and church. And let's not forget the chores: the groceries that need buying, the basement that needs cleaning, the laundry that needs folding, the homework (they have four kids) that needs doing ! Sounds fmiar? It should These days managing your weekend is like running a marathon at a sprinter's pace - with a stagger across the finish line on Sunday night."Most people I work with aren't enjoying themselves on the weekends," -AMY WOODS author of "Life Your Way" - turn the page to find out more.

The Art of Basic
Stacy worked out of her sandwich cart in Boston, baking up tasty, seasoned pita chips to give her loyal fans while they waited in line. The chips soon became more popular than her sandwiches! Today, Stacy's original idea is still winning people over. We take basic pita, add all -natural seasoning, then twice-bake
it for the perfect crunch. It's "basic" made into something much more.
More unique.
More contemporary.
More delicious.
Savor these delicious chips in their most basic form - straight out of the bag - or indulge in the art of pairing by sampling them with a variety of dips, wines, cheeses and meals. Visit stacyssnacks.com to find great recipes and learn more about our baked, all-natural, delicious snacks.

we all scream for ice cream - - - -
It's one of the worlds most desirable foods. In Italy is "gelato" in France its "glaze"but in the U.S. everyone calls it ice cream.
July is National Ice Cream Month and while the month is nearly over there's still time to do it justice.
President Ronald Reagan designated July as National Ice Cream Month in 1984 and appointed the third Sunday as National Ice Cream Day Reagan recognized the popularity of ice cream and stated that these two events should be observed with "appropriate ceremonies and activities"
----------------------But this month is about celebrating all kinds of ice cream, whether you like the strange, the fancy, or the traditional.
Here is just a "taste" of what the Ardmore area has to offer for ice cream, both commercial and homemae as well as a little bit about ice cream history
