HOLIDAY POTATO ROLLS
1 1/2 cups of hot water - 1 1/2 tsp. salt - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup Honest Earth *Creamy Mash dry potatoes - 1/3 cup shortening - 2 beaten eggs - 2 Tbsp yeast dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water - 5-6 cups flour Combine hot water, salt, sugar, dry potatoes, and shortening. Let stabd 5 minutes Add 3 cups flour, eggs, and dissolved yeast; mix with whisk attachment for a minute. Replace wire whisk with dough hook and add remaining flour until you have a dough that begins to pull away from the side of the bowl. This dough will be a little sticky. Turn out into a greased bowl. Let rise covered with plastic wrap til doubled
(about an hour) Turn out onto floured surface and roll into a rectangle. cut triangle shapes out with a pizza cutter and roll up into crescents. This makes enough rolls to fit fairly closely on one greased cookie sheet. Let rise again till doubled. Bake at 400 F for 10-12 minutes. If you're not sure they are done, check for golden brown bottoms. Note These will freese well.

financial cycle

Long before air conditioning, telephones, gramophones, radios, and electricity became common, the early evening hours after work typically were also when those who were fortunate enough to own homes found their interiors the hottest. The front porch and a coold breeze was the only respite from the stifling conditions.

Once homes were electrified, one could own ceiling fans. Shortly thereafter came the radio - offering far more amusement than one got exchanging pleasantries with passing neighbors.

Then came the automobile; owners simply added another room to their homes, only this one was mobile. Moreover, automobiles were so exciting that from the end of the First World War until the late seveties, just bringing home the latest model drew reactions from the neighbors, who wer consumed with such envy that they too rushed out to replace their family automobile.

When room air conditioners and television started their era right after the Second World War,
keeping the windows open at night became unecessary; and there went the neighborhood. We'd
made the final passage from the front porch days, but that did'nt make people any less gregarious. It just meant that the evening entertainment was better inside the home - and with
air-conditioning, it was more comfortable too.

The other day I made a phone cal inquiring as to the status of a concern ---the other day---------------as the calendar year flies by ------------ the procedures of which I would know the
results within the next seven to ten days -----at day 4 or five --------------a telephone call
regarding the mailing address ----------------that has been the same but somehow is -----
corrected with information sent --a telephone conversation -----------------

It is Friday before midnight and after noon ---------- the day was an effort to prepare for a
another's new project---------enjoyed yet tedious ------------------the season is waining
to ---autumn and-- winter ---------------------

I have acquired new furnishings - pleasant to view and practical -- with more to come----------
eventually --I'll put the sofa here - the tilt top there - the yet unknown table top exactly

"i've read the company's mission statement, can you tell me how your department contributes to it? ----"deer in headlights" Do you want to work for a firm that doesn't know how to execute its mission?
2. Can you provide some examples of how you initiate benchmaking and continuous improvements in your area.? Red flag a response indicating that change comes from the top down. Productivity becomes limited, too, because employees do their jobs within strictly defined parameters. Do you want a job where the "how" leaves no room to explore doing things differently?
3. What types of training are provided to develop talent? Red flag an answer training is minimal It's often accompanied by a training budgets have been cut" --------Do you want to work for a company trying to shrink its way to success by not providing the tools needed to improve productivity? If the company doesn't offer developement opp what are your chanse-----4.How do project teams work? Red flag -answers that show inter-departmental and cross-discipline collaberation are minimal When project is not shared---------------

Job seekers may not want to ask these red-flag questions because tough questions may disqualify them. They need to remember -untenable situation-----------

Hershey

Chocoholics, take note: People who like to order chocolate and gifts from Hershey's online service
won't be able to after this month. The nation's second largest candy maker, The Hershey Co.,
announced it is closing the Hershey Gifts service July 31. Spokesman Kirk Saville says the
company is looking into other e-commerce options, including strategic partnerships and licensing
agreements. He would not say how much revenue the service brings in or whether it is losing money. Twelve Hershey's Gift emploees will lose their jobs, and Saville says the company is
working to find them jobs inside the Hershey, Pa-based company.
