slow

cooker crock

2 beef short rib
1cup water 1 tsp beef boulion
a pour of liquid smoke
pepper, garlic powder, dill sprig
worchestershire sauce
1 thick slice of red onion
1 washed/no greens shallot whole
slices of orange /lime
A few hours covered
1 small can tomato sauce
splash water
Cover with lid - hours
unplug  slice bread/
Kraft MacCheese /fresh vegie
leftovers  add potatoes, vegies of taste
V8 do it again  cornbread
