Potato Salad

 Quick
4 large potatoes, diced and cooked
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cooked chcken leg, thigh and breast, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup sweet pickles (dill)
1 7-oz jar pimentos, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup onions, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups mayonaisee

1. Mix all ingredients well
2. Refrigerate and serve cold
