Cottage Cheese

Quick Italian Spinach Pie
10min   - total  50 min Makes 8 servings
WHAT YOU NEED1
2 cups cottage Cheese - low fat
1 pkg - 10oz - frozen chopped spinach
thawed and drained
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded - Low Moisture part skim
4 eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
optional - 1- 7oz jar roasted red peppers, drained , chopped
MAKE IT!
PREHEAT OVEN 350
Mix all ingredients until well blended
POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate
Bake 40 min or until center is set.
