4 cheese/ Con Cuatro Quesos
Durum wheat pasta
filled with ricotta cheese
and mixed cheeses
cooking instructions
1. add tortelini and a pinch of salt to rapidly boiling water
2. Boil for 13-14 minutes or until at dente stirring constantly
3. At the end of cooking leave for about 2 minutes, then drain in
colander,
4. Serve with your favorite sauce.
Serving Suggestions
Hot with knob of butter and grated parmesan cheese
Use with your favorite tomato sauce
In cold salad with any favorite Italian dressing.
